Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
To exercise this right, download and fill out our withdrawal form and email it to contact@aperobeauf.com.
Return conditions
- Product must be new, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Return shipping is at customer's expense (except for defective products)
- Refund within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel
Defective product or our mistake
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Attach a photo of the product and packaging
- We cover return shipping and proceed with replacement or full refund
