1. Scope and application
These Terms of Sale (ToS) govern all transactions made on the website aperobeauf.com between:
- On one hand, Ohorizon Trade Company, operating the website under the ApéroBeauf brand (hereinafter "the Seller");
- On the other hand, any adult individual (non-merchant) making a purchase on the site (hereinafter "the Customer").
Placing any order on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these ToS.

3. Products
3.1 Characteristics
Products are described as accurately as possible on the product pages. Photographs are non-contractual: slight variations in color or presentation may exist depending on suppliers.
3.2 Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible and, if necessary, refund in full.
4. Ordering
To place an order, the Customer must:
- Select the desired product(s)
- Provide contact details
- Accept these Terms of Sale
- Proceed to payment
Any validated order constitutes a contract between Customer and Seller. An email confirmation is sent recapping the items, price, and shipping address.
5. Prices and payment
5.1 Prices
Prices are in euros (€), VAT included, excluding shipping costs which are specified before order validation.
5.2 Payment methods
Payment is made online via the secure Shopify platform (Shopify Payments), by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal. The Seller does not store any banking data.
5.3 Security
All transactions are secured by SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant.
6. Delivery
6.1 Times
Delivery times vary by destination:
- 🇫🇷 Metropolitan France: 4 business days — €5.90 (free above €35)
- 🇪🇺 Belgium / Switzerland / Luxembourg: 6 business days — €8.90
- 🏝️ French overseas territories (DOM-TOM): 12 business days — €11.90
- 🌍 Rest of the world: custom quote (delivery time and shipping cost)

6.2 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated by destination and displayed before validation. Free shipping above €35 in Metropolitan France.
6.3 Delivery delay
If delivery is more than 30 days late from the indicative time, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article L.221-18 of French Consumer Code), the Customer has a 14-day cooling-off period from receiving the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, with no reason or penalty (except return shipping).
To exercise this right, the Customer can use our withdrawal form or send any clear and unequivocal declaration to contact@aperobeauf.com.
7.1 Return conditions
- Product must be new, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Return shipping at Customer's expense (except defective product)
7.2 Refund
Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel in conformity, using the same payment method as the order.
7.3 Exceptions to withdrawal
Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized products or products made to Customer specifications
- Sealed products, unsealed after delivery, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
8. Legal warranties
Products benefit from legal warranties under the French Consumer Code:
8.1 Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq.)
The Seller delivers goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any non-conformity existing at delivery time. Duration: 2 years from delivery.
8.2 Hidden defects warranty (Article 1641 et seq. of French Civil Code)
The Seller is liable for warranty in respect of hidden defects of the item sold that make it unfit for its intended use. Duration: 2 years from the discovery of the defect.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@aperobeauf.com with photo + description of the defect + order number.
9. Liability
The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of:
- Force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic, etc.)
- Wrong shipping address provided by the Customer
- Misuse of the product by the Customer
- Site unavailability for maintenance reasons
10. Personal data
Personal data collected during orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in agreement with GDPR and French data protection law.
11. Mediation and dispute resolution
11.1 Prior complaint
In case of dispute, the Customer must first contact the Seller at contact@aperobeauf.com to seek an amicable solution.
11.2 Consumer mediation
Under Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a free consumer mediator service.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after attempts at amicable resolution, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
